FAQ

LOCATION
We are located inside Sage Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Look for the chiropractor signage at the entrance.

ATTIRE
Craniosacral therapy is performed with clothing on. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
Craniosacral therapy induces the body’s innate healing response. We recommend that you drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity for 24-48 hours after your treatment.

COVID-19 WAIVER
I confirm that I am not presenting any symptoms of COVID-19. I confirm that I have not been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who was exhibiting cold or flu symptoms within the past 10 days. I further confirm that I am not currently living with anyone who is sick or who is quarantined.

I agree to wash or sanitize my hands at the start and end of the session. I understand I have the option to wear a mask, or at my therapist’s discretion, to not wear a mask. I understand that for certain treatments and techniques, I may need to remove my mask. I understand that I may also choose to decline such treatments and techniques in order to reduce my risk of exposure to COVID-19.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may call, email, or text to cancel or reschedule. You must give 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will pay a late cancellation fee. The first fee will be $12. All subsequent fees will be 100% of the session price. The late cancellation fee must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
