Cancellation Policy
You may call, email, or text to cancel or reschedule. You must give 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will pay a late cancellation fee. The first fee will be $12. All subsequent fees will be 100% of the session price. The late cancellation fee must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
If we have your credit or debit card on file, we may charge late cancellation fees to your card. You will be required to leave your credit card on file after your first late cancellation.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment. The end time of your appointment will not be extended if you arrive late, and you will be responsible to pay for the entirety of your scheduled appointment.
Medical Insurance Not Accepted
You are responsible for all charges for the services provided. Oceanside Healing Arts does not accept medical insurance coverage, and you agree to pay for services in full at the time of service.
COVID-19 Policy
I confirm that I am not presenting any symptoms of COVID-19. I confirm that I have not been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who was exhibiting the above symptoms within the past 10 days. I further confirm that I am not currently living with anyone who is sick or who is quarantined.
I agree to wash or sanitize my hands at the start and end of the session. I understand I have the option to wear a mask, or at my therapist’s discretion, to not wear a mask. I understand that for certain treatments and techniques, I may need to remove my mask. I understand that I may also choose to decline such treatments and techniques in order to reduce my risk of exposure to COVID-19.
