Craniosacral Therapy

Come to a session and experience profound relaxation, accompanied by a return to homeostasis, readjustment of tension patterns, realignment of body structures, and improved blood and lymph flow.

Our method of manual therapy is based in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, which is recognized as an effective modality by the Cleveland Clinic. The therapy is performed clothes-on and with a very gentle touch.
