A simple process
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based form of meditation performed lying down, which is appropriate to beginners and advanced meditators alike.
Forty minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep. And if that wasn’t enough, this simple practice has been shown to improve mindfulness—it can retrain the mind away from undesirable moods, outlooks and behaviors.
Each class focuses on a specific intention or affirmation. During a series of progressive steps, we will take you into a deep brainwave state, where the intention is affirmed at a subconscious level.
