Yoga Nidra is a restorative meditation practice with benefits for beginners and advanced meditators alike. Because it utilizes the biological relaxation associated with sleep, even novice practitioners achieve profound states of relaxation and meditation.

A series of guided meditations gently guides you through simple movement exercises, breathing exercises, body awareness techniques and visualizations. An intention is chosen and then repeated at various points in the session, leading to a subconscious entrainment of the body and mind to create positive and lasting lifestyle changes.
As part of the process, you will be assisted in creating an intention for each session in the form of a simple positive statement. You will be given a recording of the session, which we recommend you practice with at home for reinforcement.
