Stress is a killer.

Numerous studies have shown that stress is linked a wide array of diseases and health conditions. And what’s more, stress dysregulates the endocrine system and depresses immunity, making it more difficult for the body to recover from illness and injury.

The good news is that we can learn to not only manage stress, but to transform the blueprint of our mind that creates stress in the first place.

Mindfulness simply means building awareness of our own patterns of thought and behavior. We can train ourselves to recognize when we are going into a stress pattern, and begin to choose more positive, balanced responses to life.
